A     Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise noted) and shipped UPS ground.
Note: Estimated Delivery dates are based on receiving your approval within 24 hours of placing your order.
      
Q     I want to place the order but I am unsure of what my design will look like?
A     We always provide a virtual proof for every order and production will not commence until after you have approved the proof through email or phone. We want to get your order right the first time!
      
Q     How do I send my artwork?
A     You can use our online platform to upload your logo or text. If you have your artwork in a high resolution vector format please email it to art@silkletter.com along with your order number.
      
Q     How prompt is your delivery?
A     Over 99% of all the orders that we process are shipped on time. The shopping cart will give you the total cost, including the shipping charge.
      
Q     What are your imprint options?
A     We have many imprinting options and will try to summarize the various decorating methods in the best way we can:

    Laser engraving: heat from the laser burns away the surface lacquer and cuts into the metal layer. The resulting engraving color is the underlying metal.
    Screen Print: using a silkscreen, we imprint your product with a layer of paint.
    Embroidery: decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread or yarn.
    Full Color: a detailed imprinting method where every color, gradient and shade is captured in the imprinting process.
    Deboss: a permanent press into simulated or genuine leather producing a permanent decoration.
      
Q     How secure is your website?
A     Our website uses state-of-the-art encryption technology. Any personal information you submit on our site, such as a credit card number, is encrypted and sent over a secure connection from your computer to our server. You will see a "padlock" symbol in your browser when you are on our checkout page, showing you that the connection is secure. Your personal and payment information is secured by Authorize.net.

Q     How do you ship your products?
A     Most of the orders weighing in at less than 150 lbs are shipped by UPS ground, using special double-packaged boxes and customized foam packaging. Larger shipments are shipped via trucking lines.
      
Q     How much will shipping be for my order?
A     We offer Free Shipping (Hawaii and Alaska excluded) for most of our products. However, if Free Shipping does not apply to your promotional product then your shipping costs are calculated on the product page.
