Silkscreen: using a silkscreen(s) (or heat transfer for some items) to imprint your product with a layer of ink.
Laser Engrave: the use of a laser to strip away the surface layer to reveal underyling layer.
Full Color: the use of four inks to produce true to life imaging on products.
Deboss: the use of a heated metal die to premanently press into a product
Embroidery: the use of a needle and thread to sew a pattern onto a base material.
Run Charges: costs incurred per unit for printing additional color(s)/ location. 1st imprint color is included.

Turnaround Time
Our standard production timeline is typically 5-8 working days, not including shipping time. The estimated delivery date displayed on the page is based on receiving same-day proof approval without any changes to the artwork. If there are any delays in production, we will inform you promptly.
Imprint Size
We provide a virtual proof with every printed order unless otherwise specified. The virtual proof will show the imprint colors and also a close approximation of the imprint size on the product. We always maximize the imprint to the products maximum allowable imprint area. Please reply to the proof email for any size edits. Our professional artists will provide a new proof with those size amendments.
What Is A Setup Charge
The set up fee covers the material and labor needed to imprint your logo on a product. For some imprint processes a separate set up fee is needed for each additional color.
Proofing Process
To ensure accuracy, we email a virtual proof for all printed orders unless otherwise specified. Production begins only upon your approval of the proof via email or phone. Our goal is to make sure your order is perfect from the start!
